So, if you have:
- a sibling of the opposite sex and
- many good friends of the same sex
However, there's a higher chance your sibling will develop a crush on one of your friends, if you and your friends are older. This is an indisputable truth. Young people love everything about the idea of being older...till they hit 30. After that, everyone's got the t-shirt and having crushes on people older than you is never notable if its just someone slightly older than you. It's worth noting when this age gap veers off into significantly older, fetish or deviant category. And noone wants to know about that.
However, (sticking with our Hadron colliders) a situation where an older sibling fancies your younger friend is just wrong. Imagine your 22 year-old brother liking your 17 year old girlfriend (sicky icky). Firstly, you're supposed to hit a mid-life crisis before this sort of coupling becomes cool and secondly, at this age, going backwards is kind of social suicide. Plus the calculation for these odds is creepy. So I'm not doing one. Feel dirty if you're in this category.
And for those of you who've not been the target of older or younger crushes, don't feel bad. You kind of saved your sibling from having that awkward chat with their friend about boundaries and how 'close' they really are. Also you also saved them from the weirdness of having to listen to all that stuff about your sexual maturity. And noone needs to hear that. Ever.
However, as this sort of sibling goodwill is kind of a rarity and trying to control the Hadron collider of hormones is like trying to harness the power of the Big Bang itself (no pun intended) none of you will care for these odds. You will do as nature intended and let your freak flag fly. However, for the more twisted among you, remember that the reverse of the sibling love law is also true. If your brother or sister is truly reprehensible, simply seduce one of their friends. It's the ultimate act of sibling 'in your face' type action. And it's pretty destructive.
After all, the line between sibling rivalry and love is a pretty fine one.

Well then explain why it seem to be THE law that your female friends even if it is a large age difference develop a crush... no you were right a absurd thing for your younger brother??? Is it because younger brothers are always a softer, cuter and more manageable version of yours truly?
I know this hits all the lads with younger brothers like the poisoned fangs of the black widow, but how many of you have experienced the following gut-turning situation:
1) the hottest of your female friends grows closer and closer
2) you are preparing yourself for that so wrong but oh so right steamy fling... we were such good friends, now that we had sex how do we carry on
3) but just on one of those intimate dinner or drinks dates she blurps out that she has to talk to you...
4) OH YES BRING IT ON, my god you always looked amazing in those jeans and t-shirt combos, blackdresses numbers... WHAT I BEG YOUR PARDON?!?!?!
5) BLABLABLA... but I mean he is sooo cute. And really I feel like I know him so well. WHAT my little brother.
That is the point when sibling rivalry gets out of control and you leave like the punched out prize boxer. How could you have been so blind.
Tell me, what are the odds that all older brothers sitting and reading this around the globe are now going... damn he is right, note to myself, next time I see that little snitch it's payback time.
I guarantee you that nearly 95% of the chaps don't care how long ago this situation lies... they could already be married to the female friends younger sister...
